Our Mission
The Beautiful Woman Inside and Out conference is designed to educate, empower and equip women to live their BEST lives. Our objective is to address the “whole” woman and provide the necessary information in a culturally relevant manner that allows women to make informed choices about their health/wellness with a focus on both their inner (health/wellness) and outer beauty (physical attributes).
This conference is open to vendors, sponsors and authors who want to reach our targeted and motivated attendees both in person and via our social media, newsletter and eblasts outlets. Our attendees are very brand loyal and motivated to engage with our vendors. We partner with you to ensure that you have exposure a platform for your products, services and promotions. In addition to other efforts, we have an incentive program, BWIO $$ to ensure that you have great traffic at your booth!
Target Audience: Adult Women are the primary focus
Teens will also be part of this conference (separate teen conference)

General Information and Guidelines
· Applications must be received by Friday, Nov. 10th. However, please note that space is limited and we encourage applications ASAP. We do allow a deposit based on your vendor level. Applications received and/or paid after Nov. 12th , will be charged a late fee of $75; if approved.
- You will receive a confirmation email. Vending space will be assigned based on type of products or services offered, vendor request, level of participation and at the discretion of the staff. NO sharing (i.e. two different businesses) of tables/booths.
Vending space is not secure until application and payment has been received in full. The deposit does secure your spot but final payment must be completed by the Oct. 16th. Payment is non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by the org.
ALERT: Below are the vendors who are part of a companies that restrict more than one representative from the company at any event. This is not a list of all vendors, only those with restrictions. This list is updated frequently: Paparazzi Jewelry, Pure Romance, AVON, LipSense, & Nspire have reps who are already registered and therefore we are no longer accepting reps from these companies.
· Meals and/or snacks are NOT included with your vendor fees; unless you purchase the vendor meal plan. No eating is allowed on exhibitor/showcase floors.Vendors wishing to participate in conference activities including workshops, special sessions and enjoy meals in the ballroom throughout the day must register as an attendee, exclusive of their vendor registration.
· ALL vendors must donate at least ONE (1) giveaway either for the general raffle or for the luxury (VAULT) raffle. All items must be received by Friday, Nov 10th unless other arrangements are made and a picture/description submitted with your application. The vendor may add an additional amount to their fees and the host will choose raffle prizes for them. Luxury items must be valued at least at $150. General raffle items must be valued at $50 or more.
· To maximize your vending experience and exposure of your products or services; consider providing promo discount or incentive to attendees. Vendors are allowed to submit samples/gifts in the conference bags, email for details.
