TWO Days of Engaging Readers
We welcome Authors to our event and have a special area entitled the "Author's Salon." This event is GREAT for authors and just in time for the holidays. You will be able to autograph your book and engage with attendees!
Applications must be received by Friday, Nov 6, 2017; applications received and/or paid after this date, will be charged an additional $30 late fee.
Once we receive your application, you will receive a confirmation email within 5 business.

Authors who have traditional publishers or are self published are welcomed. You must agree to donate at least two autographed copies of your book to the Conference.
Participation Fee: $125.00, which includes one (1) table with linens and (1) chair. Easels are NOT included in fee and set-ups. Easels can be rented for a charge of $25.00 each, and should be requested with the application.
Meals are NOT included; unless you register for the event or purchase the Vendor Meal Plan (authors are eligible for Vendor Level 1 meal plan).
Female Authors are welcomed to register to attend the conference but it is not mandatory; however, if you register you will be afforded all of the benefits of any other conference participants.
All Author’s may enjoy our discounted room rate of $129.00 at the hotel, simply make reservations and indicate that you are with “Beautiful Woman Inside and Out.”
Book and/or promotional items for gift bags must be reviewed in advance. All items must be received 30 days prior to the Conference. You may bring promotional materials, signage, easels and other items to be displayed during your time in the Authors’ Salon.


You must provide a picture and brief description of your published work upon acceptance and payment of your Authors’ Salon fees. This information will be posted on our website, an advance email sent to participants, and printed in the program book. Authors must agree to promote the “Beautiful Woman Inside and Out” conference on their websites, social media pages, egroups and other areas as appropriate.

CUSTOM LEVEL and engagement can be crafted with our team. This would be for those wishing to exceed the engagement of Level III and perhaps have a featured spotlight, session or other engagement.
Discuss with us any specific request outside of our Levels I,II or III as we are able to offer custom vendor and sponsorship opportunities.
